Wedding Bouquet Preservation Guide
Your bouquet holds memories you’ll want to keep forever. At Pressed Meadow, I carefully press and arrange your flowers into a timeless artwork, created just for you, so your special day can continue to bloom in your home.
DESIGN STYLE
Modern Botanical Collage
A light, contemporary botanical collage where each bloom is carefully pressed and arranged individually, allowing every flower to be appreciated in its own right.
This deconstructed style is a modern interpretation of your bouquet, thoughtfully designed to highlight the natural shapes, delicate textures and soft colour variations of each flower. The result is a light and airy composition with an editorial feel.
This is my signature style - one I’m deeply drawn to and have refined over time - allowing me to create designs that feel both natural and beautifully balanced.
Each piece can be created in a classic layout or an oval-shaped design, offering two distinct ways to frame your flowers.

HOW WEDDING BOUQUET PRESERVATION WORKS
-
First Step
Thinking about having your wedding blooms preserved and turned into your very special floral art? Let's talk about your bouquet and check my availability here!
-
Book Your Date
Time to complete your booking: familiarise yourself with the contract, choose your frame size and colour, and finalise the deposit. All that's left now is to enjoy your incredible wedding day!
-
Post / Drop Off Your Bouquet
You're married, yay! Your beautiful wedding blooms are now ready to be dropped off / posted, following the posting guide you received with your booking confirmation (it’s really easy).
-
Flower Pressing
Your flowers are ready to be preserved. Your bouquet will be taken apart and I'll press your flowers individually, bloom by bloom, even petal by petal, using traditional and modern flower pressing methods. They'll remain snug in the flower presses for 2-3 months.
-
Design
3-5 months: it's time for the most exciting part of the preservation process. When your flowers are pressed and reconstructed from petals (where needed), I'll create a mock-up design of your artwork! You'll receive an email with a photo of your beautiful arrangement, to make sure you love it. You'll then also receive your final invoice and your flowers will be ready for gluing.
-
Framing
5-6 months: the wait is over - your artwork is ready to be framed in a bespoke frame created by a local framer especially for Pressed Meadow, wrapped and collected / posted to you!
