Chelsea in Bloom ~ Wedding Bouquet Preservation in Buckinghamshire

Chelsea in Bloom is a one of a kind festival and the largest free-to-attend celebration of flowers! Each year, this gorgeous event takes place in May in Chelsea, London, right alongside the famous RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

Hosted by Cadogan in collaboration with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS), Chelsea in Bloom features shops, hotels, restaurants, and more, as they showcase their creative floral designs. Each display offers a unique twist on the chosen theme, and this year it's "Flowers in Fashion". I can’t wait to see how the streets of Chelsea will be transformed into a beautiful floral runway! The floral art show will be happening this year from May 19th to 25th. Best of all, it’s completely free! You can check out the Chelsea in Bloom website for a handy map of all the floral artworks and a list of events happening in the area that week. From my experience, I recommend wearing comfortable shoes to fully enjoy all the displays. It will be bustling, but it’s a great deal of fun, and I’m excited to visit this year!

The pictures I’ve shared here are from my visit in 2022, when the theme was “British Icons.” It highlighted British characters, traditions, symbols, and emblems, inspired by the Platinum Jubilee of the Queen—a significant moment in British history. My favourite display was definitely the huge floral corgi!
